TROPIC FASTENERS EARNS WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CERTIFICATION
The team at Tropic Fasteners is excited to announce that we’ve recently been awarded Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
About WBENC
Founded in 1997, WBENC is the nation’s leader in women’s business development, as well as the leading certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.
With more than 13,000 certified Women’s Business Enterprises, 14 Regional Partner Organizations, and over 300 corporate partners representing some of the most respected brands across the United States, as well as many states, cities and other entities, WBENC also provides Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification for the SBA WOSB Federal Contracting Program.
Involving an in-depth business review and site inspection, WBE certification confirms that a business is at least 51% owned, operated, controlled, and managed by one or more women.
